Art Director

This was a culminating Art Direction group project completed during my Erasmus+ exchange at UDIT in Madrid, mentored by the esteemed fashion designer Ernesto Naranjo. We created Morphé Magazine, a complete, ready-to-print, conceptual fashion publication, managed from initial concept development through final production.
Morphé was conceived as a surrealist fashion magazine, exploring the themes of transformation, dream logic, and the boundary between reality and fantasy in style and photography. The entire magazine served as a unified vision, demonstrating end-to-end creative control.
Art Direction Role: We focused on defining and maintaining the overarching visual identity of the publication. This included establishing the specific look and feel of the photography, the editing aesthetic, the use of color, and the integration of illustrations. A hands-on approach where we did everything from photoshoots, to editing, designing the layout for print.
Disclaimer: This was a group academic project created solely for portfolio purposes as part of a university course at UDIT. It is not an actual publication, nor is it commissioned by any external entity. It was entirely self-initiated for educational goals under the supervision of the lecturer, Ernesto Naranjo.
